A learning culture at VETS
Each project is an opportunity for me to learn and challenge myself. At VETS, I am exposed to multinational projects and work alongside experts both in Vietnam and abroad, sharpening my management, coordination, and technical knowledge. The learning and sharing culture at VETS constantly pushes me to grow, gain confidence, and define my career path more clearly.
My advice for future colleagues
Maintain a spirit of ambition, proactiveness, and patience. Every task and project, no matter how big or small, is a valuable opportunity to gain experience, grow, and mature in your career.
Fun fact
Outside of work, I am passionate about running. For me, running is not only a way to stay healthy but also a practice of perseverance and determination – the same qualities that are essential in project management, where persistence and commitment are the keys to success.
