The programme to recognize the title of Green Energy Users in Hanoi is directly implemented by the Industrial Promotion and Development Consultancy Center, under the Hanoi Department of Industrial and Trade with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), within the framework of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Project (Project 4E) funded by Germany. This is one of activity in the National Energy Efficiency Program for the period of 2021-2025 in Hanoi city.
In 2021, the Green Energy Model program is officially back to evaluate and recognize the title of facilities and buildings using green energy, improve energy efficiency in industrial productions and construction works in the city. At the same time, the programme promotes clean energy use in accordance with the goal of green, stable and sustainable economic growth and improve competitiveness & the possibility of new-generation economic integration.
Participating in Green Energy Model, facilities and buildings have the opportunity to win the title of GREEN ENERGY MODEL with certificates of 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star corresponding to the achieved levels and receive many attractive brand promotion benefits.
Within the framework project Approach and instruct industrial companies to participate in the “Green Energy Model” program, Vets | Energy will support 45 industrial companies in Hanoi include 2 main groups:
- Key energy users
- Energy users which consume 300 – 1000 TOE
