Dr. Phan Dieu Huong is an energy economics expert at VETS | Energy and holds a PhD with 30 years of experience in teaching and research at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She is the lead author of numerous scientific studies on energy security, electricity consumption, renewable energy development, and power load forecasting, and has also participated in research assignments on electricity transmission pricing mechanisms. In addition, she has co-authored and compiled foundational textbooks in energy economics, which are widely used in academic training and policy advisory work.
Dr. Phan Dieu Huong is recognized as one of the leading and highly respected experts in energy economics in Vietnam.
