Mr. Ha has many years working at provincial departments and Tay Bac University.
In 2019, he joined Vets | Energy and was appointed Business Development Director. He has managed and completed many vital projects of Vets | Energy, such as the DR project for more than 1,000 enterprises using electricity, energy audit for leading thermal power plants and hydropower in Vietnam.
