Mr. Ngo Tuan Kiet is an Energy Expert at VETS | Energy, with more than 40 years of professional practice and research in the energy sector. He holds a PhD in Energy from the Belarusian National Technical University, Republic of Belarus.
He is a former Director of the Institute of Energy Science and has served as a senior advisor and consultant for numerous key projects on energy efficiency in Vietnam. With over 21 years of teaching and academic supervision, he has trained multiple generations of specialists, master’s students, and PhD candidates in fields such as economic operation of boilers, energy security, and power system development planning.
At VETS | Energy, Dr. Kiet is one of the senior experts, serving as Project Director, Lecturer, and Advisor for various training programs and major energy projects—particularly thermal power projects and other highly complex projects requiring advanced technical expertise. He is highly respected for his strong professional competence, extensive experience, and dedication, and is recognized as a trusted technical authority by enterprises, government agencies, and international partners.
