On November 7, 2025, VETS | Energy and Environment (VETS | EnE) was assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to coordinate the organization of the Training Workshop on Guidance for Using the National Key Energy Reporting System (DATAENERGY.VN). The workshop aimed to support energy management activities implemented under the new administrative boundaries, following the restructuring and streamlining of the organizational system to 34 centrally governed provinces and cities, along with the adjustment to a two-tier administrative management system.
At the workshop, VETS | EnE experts provided an overview of the system, guided participants on updating and managing reports, and addressed common issues and questions encountered during implementation.
The program represents an important step toward innovating management methods, strengthening coordination and supervision by the Departments of Industry and Trade, especially in guiding, monitoring, and approving energy reports of key energy-consuming facilities within their jurisdictions, thereby ensuring the consistency and reliability of national-level energy reporting data.
