Introduction

Within the framework of the “Danish – Vietnamese Energy Partnership Programme for the period 2020- 2025” (DEPP3) project, sponsored by the Danish government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has implemented component 3 “Low-carbon development in industry”. Vets | Energy is the national consultant of the project to build the quota on energy consumption of the plastic industry for the period 2021-2025, under the DEPP3 program.

Survey form on assessing compliance level of Circular 38/2016/TT-BCT

In order to evaluate the possibility of implement, review the difficulties and barriers compliance of plastic enterprises of the law EE&C on energy saving for the plastic industry, thereby developing new quota on energy consumption of the plastic industry, developing calculation tools, reporting guidelines for compliance with regulations on energy consumption in accordance with the law, Vets | Energy implemented survey activities, assessing compliance level of Circular 38/2016/TT-BCT dated December 28, 2016 of MOIT and the consolidated document No. 26/VBHN-BCT issued on March 24, 2020 regulates quota on energy consumption of the plastic industry.
