  1. According to the Regulations and Laws: 

  • Law No. 72/2020/QH14 – Law on Environmental Protection dated November 17, 2020.
  • Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP dated January 7, 2022, of the Government on the Regulation of Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction and Ozone Layer Protection.
  • Decision No. 01/2022/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated January 18, 2022, on the Issuance of the List of Sectors, Fields, and Facilities Required to Conduct Greenhouse Gas Inventories.
  • Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BCT – Guidelines for Disclosure of Information in the Stock Market, effective from February 1, 2021, regarding the content of Greenhouse Gas Emission Reporting in the Annual Reports applicable to public companies.
